On 25th August 1916, The Thames Star published The Roll of Honour: 'Under this head we are publishing a list of those who have enlisted for active service from this district, and who have either gone to the front, or are in training camps. The list is not complete...'

The list was amended and republished frequently throughout 1916 and 1917. On 20 February 1917, the following list was published in the Thames Star: Part I Part II
